Dog tries to nab a fugitive named Wayne by tricking him.Dog calls Wayne to tell him that he's won a new vacuum cleaner and he should stickaround to get it. Dog then sends his daughter, Lyssa, to ""deliver"" the vacuum cleanerand lure Wayne out of his house. But when Lyssa arrives, Wayne is gone, and with thesun setting, the chances of nabbing the fugitive suddenly don't look very good.
