Constantly high on dangerous meth-heroin speedballs, a diabetic addict gambles with her life.

  • A former honor student and star athlete who has succumbed to heroin for the second time.
  • Watch as addicts and their families confront the compulsions that are destroying their lives.
  • Reality TV at its most unvarnished and gripping.

In INTERVENTION, people confront their darkest demons and seek a route to redemption. From compulsive gamblers to shopaholics, drug addicts to young people estranged from their families, INTERVENTION features real people at the breaking point as they are confronted by friends and family. In fly-on-the-wall style, INTERVENTION captures the drama as people grapple with their demons in an attempt to chart a course to recovery.

Corinne is a pretty, blonde and 18. She was an honor roll student, star athlete and played the clarinet and saxophone who started using drugs at 14 after being sexually abused. Still striving to move forward while battling addiction, she completed her GED and began college, but dropped out. Now, Corinne has become addicted to a deadly combination of heroin and crystal meth, and she is neglecting the insulin required to manage her diabetes. After repeated trips to the emergency room, her family is expecting, any minute, to hear that they've lost her for good.
