Allison was a beautiful, gifted pre-med student, well on her way to becoming a surgeon. But despite her academic success, the trauma of being molested as a child and her parents' brutal divorce still haunted her.

Allison turned to drugs to cope with her unbearable feelings. Not wanting to risk her academic status, Allison inhaled computer dust remover, undetectable in drug tests but potentially fatal with each breath. Eventually her erratic behavior and absence from classes got Allison dropped from the pre-med program, but by then she could not stop inhaling the lethal chemicals.

Allison is currently inhaling up to ten cans of dust remover a day. She is often seen driving and inhaling in her car; she's been the cause of at least one accident because she drives while impaired. Allison's mother has sent her daughter to countless doctors, psychiatrists, and treatment facilities to no avail. She contacted ''Intervention'' in a desperate attempt to save her daughter's life.
