Where do I find my member number?

Q: I don’t remember my member number. Can you help me?

A: Your member number can be found on The History Channel Magazine label just above your address (example: MBR 01234567), on an invoice just above your name. For Annual Members it’s located on the back of your membership card on your validation sticker. For Life Members it’s located on the front of your life membership card.

If you do not have access to your member number, you can call 1-877-893-7946 Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 6:00PM (CST) and a Customer Service representative will help you.

Magazine Questions

Q: How many issues of The History Channel magazine are published each year?

A: There are 6 issues sent out per year. Please allow until the 15th of the first month listed for each issue to receive the magazine. The schedule for the magazines is January/February, March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October and November/December.

Q: Why I haven’t received my magazine?

A: Please call 1-877-893-7946 Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 6:00PM (CST) and a Customer Service representative will help you.

Membership Renewal

Q (4): How do I renew my membership?

A (1): To renew your membership you can either JOIN NOW by clicking on the link and your membership dues will be collected at check-out or you can call us at 1-877-893-7946 Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 6:00PM (CST).

Q: When will my membership expire?

A: Your expiration date is located on the back of your membership card on your validation sticker.

Q: Why have I received a renewal notice when my membership is still valid?

A: We don’t want you to miss a single issue of the Club magazine! Members often tell us they appreciate being reminded in advance because they forget to renew. And our magazine production schedules mean we’re always working ahead, so quite frankly, we appreciate knowing in advance if you’re if you’re going to renew. To ensure you don’t miss a single issue we send out friendly reminders several months in advance of your actual expiration. (Remember, your membership started the day we received your order, whether you paid at that time or we sent you an invoice.) If you’re not ready to take advantage of the special early offers, just disregard them.

How do I update my Address?

Q: How can I update my Address/Email Address?

A: Please email us at memberservices@thehistorychannelclub.com to update your account information. Please provide us with your member number, first and last name, your old mailing or email address and your current mailing or email address.
